I start my new job in the new year, Stuart was great, very proactive, approached me with new jobs he thought I might suit. Great communication, he always kept me up to date with applications. He put a personal touch on each application calling the employer to go through the CVs rather than just sending them.

I emailed the recruitment agency to help look for work. Paula has been incredibly helpful, especially considering I'm neurodivergent. I was in regular contact throughout the interview process, and they helped by sending interview prep and getting to know you to know if the job suited you. They are very professional and really helpful! I would highly recommend contacting them when looking for work. :)

We do not reccomend Cooper Golding to an employer. During this challenging year our firm recruited multiple staff through Cooper Golding that have within months of their start date left the business as the role wasn't suited to them. Cooper Golding are challenging to work with and focused on their commission over the long term relationship with your firm. We weren't able to source alternative placements through Cooper Golding and they didn't compensate as per their terms of business. The individuals hired were great, however no time had been spent identifying their strengths and lifestyle requirements

Working for an employer who work with 8 recruitment agencies across the UK, we have never dealt with a firm like it. We took on 5 members of staff, 4 of which have left the business within 3 months of starting. 3 of those 4 staff have left 5* reviews on this Google listing. Cooper Golding are only interested in the commissions, NOT finding you the right candidate as an employer. If you are an employer reading this, we would recommend national recruitment agencies.

I can't fault my experience with Cooper Golding. They called me with a job that was a perfect match for the next stage of my career. Communication was excellent and interviews were arranged promptly to suit my availability. Martin was friendly and professional through the whole process and considerate of my personal requirements. Where do I start! they were absolutely brilliant. I signed up and within a day I had an interview and the next day I had the job. Barrie was amazing, made sure I felt comfortable, checked up on me after the interview and made sure everything was okay in the process. I'm working for an industrial company as a Warehouse Operator/Forklift Driver through Cooper Golding. All the members of staff at the agency are very friendly and extremely professional i.e. Julie, Alex and especially Jessica who visits workers and sends emails on a weekly basis to kindly discuss any potential queries or issues. Personally I feel very happy in my current role and have always received the correct good rate of pay without any difficulties and I would highly recommend Cooper Golding to people seeking employment.
