Discount Carpet Tiles Limited, formally known as Lomeshaye Carpet Tiles was founded back in the year 2000. By 2003 we had become a limited company with a turnover in excess of 400k and despite some challenging economic circumstances throughout the years we have continued to grow and diversify. Our premises have grown in size from a small office and showroom with an equally small warehouse unit to a substantial two storey industrial unit fully stock with a multitude of ranges and colours of carpet tiles.

Read their T&Cs, called up to check their stock, they let me know what was available. Placed an order of 110 carpet tiles in 2 colours on their website and it all came through within a week! All carpet tiles were in perfect condition, they did a great job picking the best and all the colours were the same too. Really happy experience! Thanks!

Prices are good and quality is ok, just make sure you order 10% more than you need to take into account the ones that aren't usable. Given the price, that's fine by me. But chances of getting what you actually ordered seem slim - make sure what you receive is what you actually ordered. I had a two-tile design and needed a few more (my miscalculation), ordered more of one type and got something totally different. On calling they said the ones I wanted were out of stock. So why not just say that? They refunded those but never collected them. Decided to order the other style from my design instead

Really poor service, would never use again. Firstly, decided to substitute the tile I ordered for a completely different one without telling or consulting me. Second, sent me two tiles less than ordered. Thirdly, when I rang up they said they would investigate and call back. I have never heard anything at all. Still waiting. I would not recommend this company.
