Keith is our Managing Partner based at our Clitheroe office. Keith was born and brought up in the Ribble Valley. He has worked in Clitheroe for over 35 years establishing and running his own practice before joining the partnership in 2008. Keith has a wide ranging practice in non-contentious matters particularly Wills, Probate and Trusts, as well as Residential and Commercial Conveyancing.
Our Conveyancing fees vary from property to property and depend on many factors, including not only the price of the property but also on whether a mortgage lender is involved and whether the property is freehold or leasehold. We will provide you with a written estimate of costs which will take into account the information you give us at the start.
We appreciate that making and reviewing your Will is very important. Ensuring that your wishes are carried out not only gives you peace of mind, but also makes everything easier for your loved ones at a difficult time.
