Approached the taxi and he told me to ring a number to book. I didn't ring straight away so he shouted at me out his window. Should have walked away then but booked him and he was very rude and obnoxious. There wasn't a metre and it turned out to be stupidly expensive. Charged us about £21 so gave him £25 and he didn't give us any change! Didn't want to tip you mate! Should have used Uber.

Used their app on Friday to order taxi for 5:45 Sat morning. Accepted booking but never turned up. App no help. Tried calling but no answer. No consideration for their customers. Will I use again. No.

Absolutely disgusted with the service from this taxi firm, I was told the taxi would be 10 minutes and the taxi showed up after 30 minutes which made me late and when I called the taxi firm to ask where the taxi was they hung up on me straight away, and when booking the taxi they asked where I needed to get picked up from so I told them and they sent the driver to the wrong place with they charged me extra for and told the driver the wrong place to drop me off so he charged me extra even though we went a shorter distance and the driver was incredibly rude to top it all off, worse experience I have
