Terrible service. On recommendation from local hotel I requested a taxi and was told they would be with me in 30minutes. I was asked to text in the details to ensure they had them correct. After no acknowledgment of the text, 5 mins before the car was due to arrive I got a text back saying that texts were not monitored in the evening. I assumed there was a mix up so I called them back to double check the car was nearly with us, at which point the handler hung up in me. Left stranded at a restaurant in the middle of nowhere late in the evening. Fortunately a friend went an hour out of his way to

I cannot thank Mosa enough for his professional service. We were stranded at a wedding venue late at night after the company we booked with didn’t arrive.
He was there doing another pick up but found out we were stuck and came back for us and took us to our accommodation. He also personally made sure to collect us and take us back to the venue in the morning. Top service. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you
