Lauren has been with the company since 2012. She oversees each department and manages HR and the day-to-day running of the business. Lauren is responsible for the recruitment of new staff members and for the development and implementation of company procedures, as well as delivering staff training and driving employee satisfaction at work.
Lauren has a successful background in sales and still works closely with our commercial clients; she has previously worked on projects with brands such as Ted Baker, Jamie's Italian & Nando's.

Went to buy this table was looking at different combinations. Was told I could take today just what I needed I asked the salesman SAM could he go and get me a bench so I could see how it looked “sorry it’s out the back and they don’t like moving things around” Is he having a laugh. Lost a sale just because he couldn’t be bothered. When I went to complain he said “shall I go get you one” well Sam if you couldn’t be bothered the first time - don’t bother.
