Initially we were self-employed so we used Nicola Cross for our self-assessment tax returns. Nicola then supported and guided us through becoming both a limited company and VAT registered.
As we grew and took on employees the Cross Accounting team have supported us with payroll and pension services too.
I consider Cross Accounting to be an invaluable resource to our business and intend to work with them for many years to come.

We first heard from Nicola out of the blue with a telephone call a dreaded cold call, normally I am very cautious with these type of calls but Nicola was very professional and informative. We arranged a meeting and from that meeting we have never looked back. Fabulous service from a real person with passion for your business to succeed!
You really don't know how good Nicola is until you speak with her, unlike some accountants we have dealt with who speak a non earth language. Nicola has the patience (which she needs with us), and understanding to ensure you get the best possible service and advise
