I used this firm for 10 years but in recent years they have overcharged me fees. When it was finally all too much, I raised a formal complaint, they fobbed me off in a one line response to my complaint. This is in breach of the ACCA's requirements on complaints handling so I have escalated the complaint to the ACCA. Despite this, they have commenced a county court claim to recover the 'unpaid fees'. I am now having to spend time and money in defending the claim. By doing so, they are also seeking to circumvent the ACCA complaints escalation process. I would no longer recommend this firm.
