Critical: Professionalism
Highly unprofessional. They sold on our reserved fencing, concrete posts and gravel boards to someone else, leaving us with a completely unsecured garden and a bill of several hundred pounds more than expected. Please avoid this business.

Ordered fencing 3 weeks in advance. On the day no nails were supplied had to pick some up from another supplier. Then discovered wrong size fencing had been delivered called shop and told they would collect and redeliver correct order, turned up at 12 (lost half a days work) only to discover wrong arris rail had been delivered called shop again and told shop 4 people had taken day off work to build fence and a very sarcastic man said it doesn't take 4 people to build a fence (we are not professional fence erectors). Correct order eventually arrived at 4pm, too late in day to start and 4 people

You pay for the fencing first then the men in the yard load the fencing for you. I got concrete posts and gravel boards they were full of small holes where it was produced very poorly. Not a very high quality of standard for such a good fencing company won't be using them again picture to prove
