Abid qualified from St. Bartholomew's and The Royal London School of Medicine and Dentistry with Honours in 1997 and won the George Hankey prize in Oral Surgery for "Outstanding Academic Achievement". I joined Gidea Park Dental Practice as an associate dentist in 1998. From the first day I started, I really loved it here.
It is the responsibility of parents and the dental team to ensure that your child's teeth and mouth are healthy. With a little care there is no reason why children should need any treatment and they don't need to go without occasional treats either. We advise parents to bring children aged around two or three with them to a routine check up appointment.
We are happy to provide free treatment for children of our regular patients up until the age of eighteen. If you would rather pay for your dental care on an affordable monthly basis which covers all necessary dental treatment, Denplan Care could be for you. There are various types of filling materials available for use and each type of filling material has it's own merits depending on the individual application. White fillings can be shaped and matched to the original tooth achieving a very natural look and the material used is mercury free.
