We were having an issue with our door jamming and called Barrs to help. They were able to come out same day, and quickly identified the issue. We needed new hinges and the door to be re-hung... This was all done efficiently, with minimal fuss. The cost for the call out was extremely reasonable and the company was friendly, communicated clearly and were extremely professional. Just refreshed the locks on our front door.
Have to say that the service was excellent, both in the sales process and post sales.
Work was done when we asked it to be and it was done professionally and in a very friendly manner.
We then had a problem, with the locks being stiff. Within hours of contacting them by email, I was called and minutes later they turned up to resolve the issue. Excellent service in my opinion.
