Correspondence exchanged with QB over a number of months trying to recoup £330 it cost rectifying poor quality electrical work and incorrect circuit design during electric shower upgrade as part of my bathroom installation. Fault had come to light over a 3 year period of pull switches failing due to overheating.
QB at no point accepted any liability telling me the fitter employed a certified electrician . No proof was ever forthcoming to back up that claim with QB insisting wiring circuit was as per manufacturers instructions. I did inform QB nobody else entered my property during installation
