Matt has worked as a bench joiner for 19 years, training and working locally, before setting up Complete Joinery with Simon in 2013. Simon has worked as a carpenter and joiner for 28years. Training and working locally before working abroad which included the Sydney Olympic Village, and for several years in London, before settling back in the southwest.
Simon started as an apprentice at Complete Joinery, our first member of staff, who has now been with us for 7 years. He attended North Devon College where he gained NVQ2 qualification in Bench Joinery. He also specialises in the decoration of joinery in our spray shop. Dean has 35 years experience in all aspects of carpentry, joinery and cabinet making.

We make high quality, high performance Windows. From traditional flush casement to box sash. Single, double or triple glazed. We also provide a sash window upgrade service, converting single glazed windows to double glazed and draught proofed. Whether it's a straight, winding or curved flight, incorporating timber, glass or metal balustrading, we can manufacture and fit all types of staircase.
Complete joinery and design Ltd continue to grow, and now employs six full time joiners/cabinet makers. We cover most aspects of joinery, from doors, windows and staircases, to fully fitted kitchens, structural frames and bespoke furniture. Our in-house spray finishing facility ensures the best finishes available with joinery supplied ready for installation.
