Our services have been designed to reduce as much of the risk as possible from both residential and commercial lettings and to provide peace of mind.

Our most comprehensive service provides a great depth of enquiry to help minimise the risk of defaulting tenants. This service takes around 48 hours to complete as we insist on written employment references and thorough validation of references.
This service is not suitable for self-employed, retired or overseas applicants and can not be used in conjunction with our Rent Guarantee Insurance. We will search the files of a leading credit reference agency to ensure that the applicant has not previously been insolvent, bankrupt or involved in any court proceedings for debt.

I would have posted zero stars if possible. We had a tenant who fell into arrears. When it came to claiming for lost rent although we had the tenant pass the references and also purchased the rent insurance, they somehow found a loophole through which not to pay the arrears. They will try to get out of paying

I have several rental properties that I have lost rent on in the past, I started using tenant screening services several years ago to avoid it happening again and haven't had the same problems. I'd definitely recommend every landlord out there uses a tenant screening service.
FLS Tenant Referencing were a very good company to get background checks from, it was quick, inexpensive and easy. They were very helpful and everything went very smoothly. The checks must also have worked as I've not had any problems with the tenants that I've checked, so overall I'm pleased with
