I used this company after seeing all the positive reviews. I sent a picture of the garden rubbish, a price was quoted, the guys turned up to collect. Fast, friendly service, would highly recommend.

Always a nightmare clearing waste when doing DIY! On this occasion we were doing our bathroom. They agreed a time and a price, it happened on time and they cleared the waste in my garden within 20 minutes.
Service: General junk removal

Wouldn't bother using this company.
They didn't turn up. Only when I emailed to ask if they were running late they said they were stuck in sheerness all day.
Very unreliable company that needs to be educated on their communication skills.

Drives too fast with total disregard for children - shouts and swears when asked to be careful. Uses the road we all live on as own personal yard with no thought for neighbours. Parks fleet of vehicles on residential road ensuring we all have to look at rubbish every night.

Sent them a photo of what needed collecting, they quoted a price, and honoured that price when they arrived even though I had a little bit extra to take away. They fit me in within a few days as well.
The guy who came seemed friendly so I'm wondering if the other reviewers are reviewing the wrong company.

Had some fence panels to remove. Turned up collected all with no fuss or bother. Saved me Tim's and effort cutting it all up to load into the car, and cheaper than getting the car valeted which I would have had to have done had I done it myself.

This company is a joke I booked in two jobs the first each one agreed for separate cash price, first job seemed a bit in your face (like traveling people). Paid before I left to work , when I returned he left alone of wood, so I rang him he was very aggressive and said he was going to get the wood on the next job end of next week. So I waited in on the day arranged and no show ,(van problems???) Booked in again week later he showed yet again rude and aggressive then said he will need more money as more stuff there then before there was nothing more then agreed. I said I'm not paying more then agreed

I hired this service to collect building rubble and waste and agreed on £200 after showing the job via mobile phone camera , then the price increased to 250 after physical inspection of the rubble on the collection day and I agreed to get the job done !!! . He turned up with four other people in two vans. Half way through the job the guy was reluctant to collect few boards on the floor in the drive way where some of the rubble sitting on because as he alleged this was not included !!!
At the end he refused to collect a metal beam for silly and changing reasons !! one time he said its metal ,
