Services
We offer a free of charge rental assessment carried out by one of our fully trained consultants. At this assessment you will be advised off all your legal obligations as a landlord and what rental we can expect to achieve on the property. Our consultant can advise of any works that may need to be carried out prior to letting.
What do I have to pay to the Agent? You will be required to pay a holding deposit which is equal to one weeks rent. This will hold the property for 14 days whilst we sought references. On the day you move in you will be required to pay One months rent and 4 weeks rent as a deposit. The initial holding deposit will be used bringing the total deposit to the equivalent of 5 weeks rent.
