RSC New Homes are absolute joke of a broker. Their main interest is to get you to sign up and claim their fees and then that's it. Tom Clarke was our point of contact and once he managed to convince us to sign up and put us forward to a solicitor which they have provided us they completely ignored us. The solicitor did not keep up and after 4months of continued contact to RSC to inform them of the situation Tom completely ignored us because he thinks he's (RSC) done his/their bit. An extremely poor service which delayed our remortgage but eventually resolved after several letters and phone calls

We recently completed on our house purchase and Brad was our mortgage adviser. We were first time buyers but Brad guided us through the process and explained everything in detail. He was always available to answer any question and nothing was too much trouble - even changing products mid way through.
The lender took around 6 weeks to make a decision on our case but Denise and Brad always kept us up to date and did their best to escalate things. The communication was excellent and we were always in the loop with what was going on. I would not hesitate to use RSC again and I will be recommending

RSC New homes were excellent throughout our recent house purchase. From the outset we’re we’re kept informed of progress and everything along the way was explained in detail so we could make an informed decision. Joanne Young was outstanding and nothing was too much trouble for her, she worked around us and helped us along the way with a genuine care for our needs and sought us the best deal. Would recommend to anyone looking for a mortgage especially on a new build.

Very good and hassle free service, which during even the busiest of times with the stamp duty holiday, Nikki and Julie took the time to ensure we had all the information and options as well as explaining everything in detail. It was mine & my partners first time both getting a mortgage, and the process from start to finish was so stress free and easy!
