All four of them were exceptional in their care, attention and consideration. They were unfailingly cheerful and helpful throughout and we really felt looked after by them all.
Ryan led the team ever so well – taking extra care with things that my parents were concerned about. They were not phased by my parents deafness and made a lot of effort to communicate too.

I couldn't recommend Frederick's highly enough. Every member of staff we dealt with throughout our recent move was helpful and the crew who moved us on the day were polite, professional, efficient and thorough. Their creative thinking and determination even got our stupidly long sofa through a very tight door at the other end which made the whole experience alot less stressful.
