Really disappointed in Towelrads Ltd and would avoid them in future. Working in property management, it is in my best interest to have the best items which are built to last installed into my properties. Towelrads do not produce products which are built to last. I had the items installed in 2018 but they didn't work very well last year and they've… completely stopped this year. Contacted Towelrads to let them know the products just don't work anymore and asked them to send me a manual. They told me they could only send me a manual for a newer model and then led me to their website and said

Useless, steer well clear. I was contacted by a stranger weeks ahead of my scheduled delivery with the bathroom designers letting me know that they had my radiator delivered to them. Then I received their radiator. I contacted my supplier and the parts were collected for return to Towelrads. On the arranged delivery date, the correct radiator was delivered, but no valves. That was 5 March 2021, I have been chasing my supplier, who have been chasing these guys, it's now 30th April and they still have not been sent out. I've been told by my designers that they are refusing to send them despite me

We have waited in all day for delivery of a radiator that we have a fitter booked to install Monday...
first it was supposed to be here yesterday according to Wickes. then we were promised it would be here before 3pm.
then at 330 I called and was promised it would be here an hour later as the person was running late...
and now, at 7pm customer services is closed, no delivery and my partner has waited around all day for the delivery.
poor service and still no radiator.

3 Days still no radiator delivered. AWFUL customer service. I was told they had tried to deliver when I was in the house on day 1... nope no delivery men arrived, day 2 their truck broke down but was told it would be delivered by 6:30 once another van could be sent to pick up the radiator... gues what come 7 still NO RADIATOR day 3... can't even get in contact with them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM ALSO CHECK WITH WICKES IF THEY ARE SOURCING YOUR RADIATOR FROM HERE AS THEY ARE USELESS AND HAVE WASTED 3 DAYS OF MY LIFE!!!!!!
