We phoned this company and they agreed on a date to come to our house and after asking what we wanted said they would also bring samples. They promptly arrived and we showed them 2 projects that we wanted replacing, we estimate the work in the region of £2000..
They did not bring any samples but were quite interested in the projects and said they would drop the forgotten samples in in a few days.
We never received the samples so after about a week, we called them again and spoke again to a lady who was very apologetic and said people had been ill and she said she should have also followed up on the enquiry. Then said she would get the samples to us urgently.
2-3 weeks later and still no samples, we can only assume they are no longer interested in the projects, and couldn't be bothered to say.
Very poor communications and customer service, I guess we are lucky really as if there were any problems after the work was completed and paid for, there would be little chance of them returning.
On the basis of the customer service and our experience to date we would not recommend this company.
