Three of us stayed in the triple bed room and found it to be clean, quite spacious, and well set out. The room was warm on arrival and had tea and coffee provided along with a kettle. The toilet and shower area was spotless and the shower water was hot and constant. Decor a bit dated but that was not a problem for us. We all slept well in comfortable beds with nice pillows plus spares. Breakfast in a bag because of COVID but it was more than adequate. Host was friendly and informative. £80 in total I consider to be fantastic value for money. First time to stay here but won't be the last.

The woman staff (didn't catch her name) was really friendly and made you feel at home and was really helpful but we were a little disappointed about the breakfast as it wasn't a cooked breakfast due to apparently covid however theres football and other events with thousands of people. The rooms were a little shoddy and there was mould in the corner of the room.

We stayed here for one night as we were attending an event in the evening. The en suite was great and had a shower big enough to actually put your elbows out which was a nice change from a lot of places and it was a really hot day so we were glad of the ceiling fan! Breakfast in the AM was tasty and the staff were friendly.

Very friendly reception. The guest house was clean and comfortable enough but a bit tired and needs some TLC. Good location, plenty of parking and nice garden.

Unfortunately we did not sleep when we stayed for one night.
The traffic from the road didn’t bother us, it was all the guests coming back late, someone was banging on the front door shouting which was quite scary. However, that is out of anyone’s control.
The main reason we couldn’t sleep was because the radiator in our room was making ticking noises for about 2 hours from 5am.
I also feel like the room had not been check prior to our visit, the room was dusty in clouding the spoon provided with the kettle.
Breakfast was at 7am-8:30am we did not eat it as we only woke at 8:30am due to
