From first contact until completion, this company were outstanding. Communication was open and clear throughout with an initial visit from a Builder to survey the damage. He showed us photos of the problem and explained what was going on. There was then a follow up email with a list of the work and associated costs from the lovely Office Staff - who were also available by phone for any further explanation required. Once the work was agreed to, we awaited a date which came well within the estimated waiting time. The work was completed on the agreed date by friendly and approachable Builders - and

Shearer Roofing replaced all the lead work to our roof, removed a chimney and also replaced all the lead work to another chimney. Since the first call to Linda the office manager, the visit from Johnny the surveyor to the job starting we were kept informed of everything related to our job. Brian and Liam did all of the work mentioned above and were at all times, professional, courteous and on time. They were a pleasure to deal with and again they kept us fully informed at each stage of the works. Jamie, Just a short note from all at 67 Durward Avenue to express our sincere thanks for your prompt attention yesterday following our call.
With the amount of water pouring down the stair, running down the wall and out the ceiling it was critical that we had someone attend to our unexpected issue with the roof quickly.
Linda clearly got on the case immediately, you pulled guys and Terry in from other work commitments, they arrived ahead of schedule, identified issue, picked up parts and completed repairs.
Phoned at 11:00, job complete around 14:40. What a service! You have a great team there
