We have been in business continuously since 1969 - 50 years! Throughout that time, we have seen consistent growth, from humble beginnings in a small building in Penkridge, Staffordshire to our current 24,000 square foot factory in Burntwood, Staffordshire.

Dr Adrian Steele is the Managing Director. He is a Chartered Director and Fellow of the Institute of Directors. Adrian joined Mercian Labels in 2001 and is responsible for strategic direction, with a particular focus on acquisitions and new product development. Hugo joined Mercian Labels in 2005 and is responsible for leading the customer-facing team and developing challenging sales and marketing strategies to meet purchasers requirements.

I use Mercian Labels regularly for our trade label printing work. They always do their best to accommodate what we need, despite our often unreasonable schedule requirements. I've always found the quality of their work very good too. And as a bit of a print geek, I can be pedantic over quality issues.

What a pile of rubbish, unquestionably the worst printing service that I have ever had the misfortune of outsourcing to within the UK. My order has yet to be delivered and has already exceeded twice the lead time that I was given after making the payment. Their failure to respond to my emails and refusal to transfer me to the directors or managers is a sure sign of guilt. There is no place for an incompetent company like this in today's competitive market, this is the kind of service that i would expect from a company on the verge of going into receivership. I only gave it 1 star because this review

I was recommended to Mercian. I had never bought labels before and Joy was a delight to work with. She talked me through the process, took the time to understand my requirements and ensured that the product was delivered correctly and on time.
