All season tyres are designed to perform in countries that have moderate weather conditions (low chance of snow) all year round. Friendly and efficient enough service. However charge £81+vat for Falken tyres advertised at 70.15 fully fitted on Hi Q Lanark website for identical tyre. I needed 4 for MOT failure so a big difference over 4 tyres. I should have checked first and given opportunity to match or explain difference, lesson learned. Not good value in this instance. Also website clearly advertises that they are supporting members of the Blue Light Card. They refused this when I visited. Need to remove that from your site.

This garage has let me down, in the past I have to admit they been helpful, however in the past I have only used them for an MOT. How things can differ astonishes me! My car picked up an intermittent fault in my opinion something to do with the fuel filter, so I booked it in, later that afternoon which was a Wednesday I received a call saying the diagnostics had raise a few issues and the car would benefit from a service, I asked due to lack of funds "could you not just change the filter as im sure that would resolve the issue" to be told "we dont do that unless its part of a service" so after

LTEC have previously changed some tyres for me, fixed a light and most recently done me a huge favour with less than an hour’s notice to repair my car bonnet to ensure I got up the road safe (very kindly free of charge!). They’ve always tried to take my car on the same day as I’ve contacted them. Really quick and hassle-free service. I would always contact them in the first instance with any car troubles as I know they’ll get the job done in no time.
