Altrincham's original CrossFit box is dedicated to helping local people achieve and exceed their personal fitness goals. Established in 2015, CFA as it's lovingly known, has gone from strength to strength through a combination of top class coaching and the can do spirit of its members. It doesn't matter if you're looking to shake up your fitness routine or have never picked up a barbell in your life.

The coaches will work with you to scale each workout to your ability and mobility, ensuring you can see a path to your progress. When you join CrossFit Altrincham you join a really friendly community, of all abilities, who are on the same journey as you. All egos are left at the door so you not only get the workout of your life but you gain new friends along the way.

We want our members to get the most out of their time at Crossfit Altrincham and that's why our coaches are trained to lead classes at the highest standard. We not only look for the coaches that are going to have a quality approach to leading classes but coaches who are also willing to be part of our community.
CrossFit is a training program that builds strength and conditioning through extremely varied and challenging workouts. Each day the workout will test a different part of your functional strength or conditioning, not specialising in one particular thing, but rather with the goal of building a body that's capable of practically anything and everything.
These bodyweight squats are perfect for any home workout, you can even throw them into a run to get those legs working even harder! A few varieties included in the video with different muscle groups being worked in each. These will burn.

With these bodyweight push/press exercises you can be sure to increase your upper body strength with no equipment needed at all! From scaled versions suitable to build some prerequisite strength, to a few more challenging options to mix it up and use different muscle groups.We used a mixture of kit to film this section.
The Fortitudo Hybrid System concept is designed to work in conjunction with CrossFit or alone. On its own, the FHS membership will provide you with advice on nutrition, support from our coaches, guided gym sessions, access to the facility and programmes. The main focus here is to have and stick to your goals with the help of our team and your fellow FHS members.

Safe, secure, always fun and a cracking community! Being able to train and blow off some steam right now but to be able to do it safely is a huge bonus... the guys are always looking out for us and making sure everyone is happy as can be!

I’ve been a member of CrossFit Altrincham since January 2020 and can honestly say it feels like one big family. I’ve been treated the same since my first class.
All the coaches are top class and very enthusiastic and knowledgeable.
Definitely recommend this box for a good time and a good WOD.

This place is my second home! My life has literally changed from the moment I stepped in through the doors of CFA. Having kids had taken a huge toll on me physically. I knew how I could get myself sorted but I just couldn’t bring myself to do it. That was until I joined CrossFit Altrincham. A year and a half later, I’m much more stronger, healthier, faster, confident, agile, happy, content and if it’s to be believed, very much younger than I am. This is where I fell in love with weightlifting. And, there is no stopping me now.

Such a great place to improve your fitness and understanding of your body. The coaching is excellent and they go the extra mile to help you. I have some health problems and this place has helped me to push on through this sensibly. Not only is the coaching brilliant the members are too. They are so friendly and welcoming that you feel like you're part of a special community.

What can i say I love this place. I have never worked so hard in my life and had so much fun. The coaches are excellent. Very knowledgeable and so so encouraging. If members have asked for something extra they have delivered for example adding a yoga class. Plus much more. I have been coming since they opened and the results are amazing. Not to mention the things I have achieved and the weights I can now lift with confidence. Not bad for a young girl over 50. That coupled with an amazing group of people, everyone is so friendly and supportive. You have to give it a go.😀😀
