This review is based on the service at the carvery not the food, which was very nice.
First time ever buying lunch from the carvery and i'm afraid i wont be going back. The person serving was rude and unenthusiastic, with absolutely no customer service skills. Seemed to be very slow in serving as well. There was only 3 of us in the queue and i must have waited about 15 minutes.
I was made to feel like an inconvenience and in my book being polite costs nothing so will be going elsewhere in future.

Our go to butchers when in Norwich.
This time apart from the superb chicken and pork I bought a tray of faggots.
Being an officianado of faggots, and a true follower of Brains, I gave them a try.
Biblical, in 48 years of eating faggots, these were the best, by a country mile. I shall be making a special 'pilgrimage' very soon. Thankyou.

First time tried the takeaway here in years and seems to have since gone downhill since then. Ordered a pork baguette, nearly £5 so not great value for money. The meat was very dry and fatty considering the time wasn’t even 10am I’d hate to see what it’s like coke lunch time. also didn’t come with/wasn’t offered crackling with this so they obviously prefer selling it in the bags they have seperately at nearly £2 a bag.
condiments like stuffing is also priced extra, won’t be returning. If your near to the city centre try urban munch which sells Carvery baguettes, miles ahead of these
