When our long-serving joiner became ill and retired, we spent some years with a series of tradesmen, none of the cowboys but in our view not as good as the one we'd lost.
He has now done a range of domestic jobs across our small portfolio of residential properties from fitting hand rails to building a quite large second bath/ shower room, which also involved several related joinery changes to an adjacent room and landing, and redeeming a worn and badly distorted pair of heavy oak gates.
