Robert Locke began his legal career in general practice in Bath before moving to Bristol on qualifying as a Solicitor in 1985. He relocated to Portsmouth in 1987 where he was appointed to the RAC legal panel covering the Solent Courts. Robert forged close links with local Transport Consultancy Ward International and in 1996 established his own niche practice in Fareham, specialising in road traffic / road transport law.
He has represented clients at over 200 different Magistrates' Courts throughout England & Wales and has appeared before Traffic Commissioners in all Traffic Areas except Scotland and on Appeal to the Upper Tribunal (Transport).
