Services
The Scottish Legal Aid Board provides funding to people who cannot otherwise afford legal services. Lynn Herbert is registered to provide civil, criminal and children's legal aid and Stacey Parker is registered to provide civil legal aid. Legal aid funding is only made available once proof of financial eligibility is produced.
Buying or selling a property can be a daunting experience and will no doubt be the biggest financial commitment you can ever make. We are here to take the strain and offer professional and expert advice at each stage of the transaction. We won't confuse you with legal jargon but rather explain the procedures involved in a simple and straightforward manner.
The breakdown of a relationship can be very stressful. Advice from an understanding solicitor can help to ease the blow. Obtaining legal advice at an early stage can assist in decision making but does not commit you to any particular course of action. When a couple has separated arrangements need to be made relating to the family home, for maintenance, division of capital assets and liability for matrimonial debts.
Where a couple separate it is preferable for parents to agree on the arrangements for their children but this may be impossible for many reasons. The most important factor is the best interests of the children. Where agreement cannot be reached we can assist in trying to negotiate suitable arrangements and where this is not possible we can raise proceedings for you and provide representation in court.
With no exception, it is vital for everyone to have a Will. A Will gives security for your family and gives you peace of mind that your affairs are in order and that your wishes will be carried out. We can tailor your Will to your own individual needs and circumstances. Having a will prepared is not expensive, but without the benfit of a valid will it can take much longer and be far more costly to wind up an estate.

Miss Herbert did not report the facts instead reported her pre formed view a pack of lies and inaccuracies worded to suit her own views without looking at the facts any lawyer with an ounce of decency would have been more diligent and professional when dealing with a family matter made my daughter cry an absolute disgrace to her profession. And to add her views of an assault on a 12 year old child in her own bedroom she describes it as understandable ! While the
