Yes, you are welcome to collect your consignment however please call us to verify that the item has arrived back at our depot before traveling over, You will need to bring the card left and one additional form of identification (such as a driving license or household bill) bearing the address that the item was sent to.

Ordered an item from eBay and the seller has used APC, who are partners with Wey group, I was not home what they tried to deliver the first time round (they did not leave a card) and re-scheduled the delivery for a Saturday when I would be home, got a confirmation text that my delivery was expected between 9:34 and 11:34, 11:34 came and went, tracking is still showing as out for delivery but at 11:15 at night don't think thats going to happen, sent an email and no response and tried calling and noone answered

Should be zero stars! Absolutely shocking service........ or should I say lack of! Lost my parcel, via APC, no response to enquiries. Went to depot and was told the missing parcel was definitely there but was out on a van for delivery. Over a week later and still no parcel and no response to enquiries again!

I have to back up the other bad reviews of this company. These guys are appalling. My experience: "APC Overnight" delivery was farmed out to these guys, and took two weeks to even appear on their tracking system, then - No card left despite their claims, No second delivery attempt. No phone calls answered. They did email me back once (but no longer reply) and now claim it has been returned to the sender, but they have not received it. I wish you luck if you have a delivery with these guys.

We had a delivery planned - originally my husband was told we would get a call from the driver with a time slot - sadly that was incorrect information, so the delivery was attempted in the 2 hours I happened to be out. that was Thursday 13/8
My husband called and was told no worries it will be delivered Friday 14/8 I waited in all day - as the afternoon drew to a close and no delivery I rang to check, and was told sorry it was not sent for delivery, but not to worry they would deliver Saturday.

We have been very happy with their services for a couple of years now. They responded very well to COVID-19 pressures and limitations. We were particularly impressed with our recent international delivery which we booked at 2 pm, it was picked up at 4 pm and delivered the next day before mid-day!!!

This has honestly been a horrible experience dealing with this company.
My parents bought me a watch through Timex this christmas and I was supposed to recieve it on the 23rd of Dec.
unfortunately no one was home to recieve it as I was at work.
I didn't even know I was supposed to be recieving the gift, but unfortunately neither was a card or anything put through my door so that I could schedule an appropirate delivery day and time.
After the christmas rush, when It had been brought to my attention that my gift had never arrived, I decided to contact APC myself to reschedule.

We have used Wey Group for many years and are exceptionally happy with the service, the team at the depot are friendly and helpful (no centralised call centre - we can contact depot direct and are on first name terms). The drivers that collect from us also fantastic, nothing is too much trouble. Even had good feedback from customers. Example, customer was out when delivery was attempted early morning and a card was left, but the driver when passing the house a second time, took the trouble to try again an hour later and the customer had his parcel.
