Having been in the financial services industry for nearly 30 years, I have seen many changes occur. With the changes which occurred following the 'Retail Distribution Review' in 2012, I felt many of the larger financial services firms were now either unable or unwilling to provide a quality and cost effective service to their mainstream clients.
