Fails to report issues with property to landlord and when it is reported it's done added bits on like "Tennant's were furious" etc , late for inspection appointments (office blamed , we were in receipt of the email ) . Been at property 6 months and still awaiting fixes , not because the landlord is unwilling, because the landlord isn't being told. All staff polite

Brychan, Zoe, Mike and the whole team at Christies have been fantastic! That is no exaggeration. They were initially reliable and efficient letting agents and, when the time came that the flat we were letting had to be sold (it was my parents flat and they passed away), despite many difficulties during what should have been a simple sale, everyone was very supportive. Always approachable and efficient, I would recommend them to anyone.
5 stars are not enough in my opinion.
