First class customer service and top quality products. I ordered three carpets from the team at Bourne Carpets and all of the members could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable. Fitting was arranged promptly and was completed to a top rate standard. Even when I confused my order from my own mistake the team went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Absolutely delighted with the service provided by Bourne Carpets. From helping us choose the right product for our needs, including bringing samples to our home so we could view them against our decor.
