Builders Bulk Bags are the simplest form of bulk bag and generally have a fully open top and flat base. They are usually a single trip bag (safety factor 5:1) with a safe working load of 1000kg and 4 x 30cm standard side corner lifting loops. Builders Bulk Bags have many uses from the transport and storage of sand and minerals to bark, top soil, logs and even for garden waste and recycling.
During the production process, it is vital that no alien particles or threads are present which could come into contact or contaminate the food product being packaged. All seams are sewn externally eliminating the chance of any loose fibres or threads within the body of the bag.

Cardboard Boxes are constructed from two ply's of paper which in turn sandwich together a fluted sheet. These sheets are then glued which gives the construction of the box a unique strength, rigidity and insulation properties which other packaging cannot achieve. Boxes come in a myriad of sizes and designs which accommodate a huge range of products we all use on a daily basis.
Vented or Ventilated bulk bags are an ideal way to store logs allowing them to air and dry which helps to stop the build up of mildew. Vented bulk bags are produced from 26 stripe vented fabric on all 4 sides and the base of the bag. All of our vented bulk bags are open top with a flat base, with a safe working load of 1000kg and safety factor 5:1 (single use).
