Fantastic service! Was able to get straight through on the phone, and had all my questions answered by a friendly member of staff. I was able to send an damaged fob off for copying via tracked mail, have it copied the next day by Metro Locks, and then sent back via tracked delivery with a new one the same day, so I had a new perfectly working fob just 2 days after originally sending the damaged fob off. Would thoroughly recommend!

One of the most sarcastic people I have spoken to on the phone.
Makes it sound like they are trying to "work with you"
Spends more time talking about the way you worded a certain sentence than the actual job in question.
They also hire agency staff for a lot of their larger installs so don't think you're getting everything done by an actual locksmith.
Fine for minor locksmith services if its your ONLY option
