As a first time entrepreneur running a startup, it was essential to get timely expert advice and support. I have used Elizabeth Eyre as my accountant for over 10 years and I am still as delighted with their service and approach. All the staff I deal with are professional and friendly. In terms of all the transactional elements, payroll, returns etc they are efficient and deliver in good time.
The main value I receive is from Liz herself. After making use of a well known cheap accounting firm, I found myself with more questions and a bigger headache than managing things myself. After a move to Malvern I decided to find a local accountant who could make life easier for me and I could also call in on if need be. Liz popped up in Google, we had a quick chat, and the rest is history! I now have an excellent accountant who provides both a professional and personable service; and most importantly I now spend more time actually running my business and not getting confused and frustrated over the number crunching and endless HMRC forms
