Joe arrived exactly as arranged and, after the obligatory cuppa set to work replacing our porch front door. Our door is not a standard size so the composite door and frame needed to be bespoke. We had approached various local and nationwide companies who either quoted stupid figures or, after sharp intake of breath decided this job's not for us, too much work'.

From beginning to end the service has been professional. Quick prompt no pressure quote. Survey carried out in a polite and professional manner. Products arrived quickly and we were kept informed of the progress. The fitters were discreet and obviously skilled. They cleaned up as they went along and left the minimal damage despite the windows being very tricky to remove.
