Cannon cars provide late model saloons, estates, MPV's, executive's and wheelchair accessible vehicles. All vehicles are subject to Annual TfL Inspections, 6 monthly MOT tests, scheduled and random cleanliness inspections as part of our ISO9001 quality manual. I booked a car with Cannon Cars, via their website, four days before the scheduled trip and received an email confirmation of my booking. Then, one hour before I was scheduled to be picked up, they called me to inform me that they don't serve the area I live in and that the fare they quoted would be far too low anyway. First of all, they should either change the algorithm on their website so that the quoted price is reasonable for them or they should not book trips that are "outside of the area they work in" (why would they even offer a service that they're not willing to provide?!). No one from the office gave me a call to tell me that the driver was late. I had to call twice to check what was going on. The driver did not even apologize when he arrived. Completely dismissed my complain.
I have called back the office and raised a complain for a partial refund.
They told me a Manager was going to call me back.
I have never received that call.

Hi Gary was our driver he arrived early.
He was very professional friendly and helped load our plants from Ruxley Manor Garden centre.
He was spot on with COVID regulations had hand sanitizer which was very much appreciated after being in the garden centre.
Would highly recommend him.
And will definitely request him in the future.

I first started using Cannon Cars during lockdown, the staff member on the phone was very helpful and advised that they were following all government guidance etc, I booked my cab for later that day, it was on time and both driver & car were well presented and and were indeed adhering to the rules.
I have used them ever since, they even recognise me when I call them, they are always a pleasure to deal with and their rates are very competitive. Definitely my first choice everytime.

Cannon Cars have never ever let me down, the receptionists are always polite and extremely friendly, every single cab driver I have had to come collect me have been 10/10, in terms of mannerisms, attitude and also very professional, I would recommend Cannon Cars over any other cab company in this area. He refused to bring my teenage daughter home from hospital as she got took to hospital from college with an ankle injury so it hurt to walk, & I had the money on me at home for her to get a taxi back at night time. After explaining this to the taxi man over the phone a few times he refused. She got out & waited in tears for a taxi i called who put her safety first after speaking to me which was simple & decent of them to do, it wasn't rocket science!!!

I always try hard to support local businesses and luckily Cannon Cars make it easy to do so. Their drivers are friendly and helpful and also knowledgeable about routes. Every driver I have had has been wearing a mask and their cars are clean making me feel safe. I use their app and can track the driver and also find out the exact price of the journey beforehand. This is great as their are no sudden surprises re the bill as they charge on mileage and not time. Will defo continue to use so thank you Cannon Cars!

They are always late. They are always rude. The drivers are rude and the staff at the office are rude. They showed up 25 minutes late for my kids' school run today. I said I should not pay for such a massive delay. The driver became rude and asked me to get off the cab with my kids as young as 1.5 years in the middle of the road. Im not using Cannon Cars anymore thats for sure. There are loads more cab companies here with better friendly service.
