Joe is a Chartered Accountant who specialises in tax advice and small business start-ups. Key areas of strength include day-to-day business management as well as minimising all areas of taxation, in particular income and corporation tax. Joe has been involved in both company sales and purchases. Recent transactions involved the sale of a small family run business to an American subsidiary listed on the NASDAQ.
