Pilates is a relaxing and enjoyable form of exercise. It is a series of body conditioning exercises that look to build flexibility, muscle strength and endurance. The exercises look to place emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing and developing a stronger core or centre. Muscles become stronger as you control your body through each move.
Coming in from A329M etc, at the lights by The George pub, turn right, as usual, along Loddon Bridge Road. After driving under the bridge, take the first turning on the left into Coppice Road. Follow that road up the hill then along for a while until you turn right into Pearson Way. At the end of Pearson Way, turn left onto Southlake Crescent.
