Currently more than 10% of our society suffers with depression, with sufferers becoming younger and younger every year. It is estimated only 25% of people with depression seek help. People who are depressed think there is no point in asking for help - there is. While it would be unrealistic for anyone to expect to feel on top of the world everyday, and it is part of our normal range of emotions to sometimes feel down or blue from time to time.
