We have always shipped across the whole of the UK but now also have extensive European shipping options on-line. During these unprecedented times we have changed what we do as a business from a small sit in cafe to delivery only, so reliant on goods being available and Cater for you have delivered every time I have used them without fail - so this means for me is that they have helped keep my business going and staff employed - thank you - would definitely recommend - great service- great products - great price

I've used a few times now when I started up a different type of delivery service. Every order has been delivered following day. Any delays to items have been followed up by a phone call. Very efficient company… 5*. The only improvement I could think of, for a lazy person, is to have a login on the website so I can see my previous orders and store my payment details. Thank you though its great to work with a slick company that cares about the customer experience

This is a truly amazing customer-care conscious company. I wanted an order delivered to us in France, having forgotten to place it the week before. I ordered on a Monday morning and incredibly at 11:00 am Wednesday (of the same week) the delivery was at my door.... I am so very grateful, as I was down to my last tray and, with deliveries to go out… tomorrow, it literally saved our bacon (rashers), that I was contemplating packing in vac-bags alone! - We are so keen on presentation, I was really worried. This is how you do customer service! Used them a few times ordering online and with no problems. Unfortunately one item I needed was out of stock this week - placed my order for other things anyway at 6.00pm Wednesday evening, they were here by 12.00 Friday.
Ordered the out of stock item with another supplier at the same time, by 2.30 Friday I hadn't even had confirmation that it had been dispatched, never mind delivered! On phoning them, they said it "might be monday" but couldn't be sure. Cancelled the order and went on Cater For You who were now showing stock - only I had missed the cut off

I have have only given a one star rating as there is not a ‘0’ star rating. Customer service appalling. Collection not made due to staff not booking them, credit not refunded as agreed. Staff then back track , denie any such conversations to cover their bad working practice. SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!

I needed a quick order for some disposable goblets and CaterForYou were the cheapest I could find in my search. I paid a reasonable carriage price and they were delivered (with the addition of regular tracking updates) within 24 hours of my order. As they were cheaper I wasn't holding my breath about the quality, but they were amazingly sturdy and well packaged! i wouldn't hesitate to use this company again! Great service!

I ordered 24 plastic champagne glasses for a shower I am holding for my daughter. I ordered the glasses on Saturday 25th November just after their cut off date of 2pm for delivery I wanted.However, as I had a query I phoned the company to resolve, the lady who answered the phone was a aware I was in the middle of placing an order and advised I… would still receive in time.

I placed an order for degradable straws and smoothie cups, which arrived quickly and with good delivery status updates. Unfortunately there had been mix up and i received degradable bags instead of straws. I called the office, they apologised for the mix up and said they would post the straws today and to please keep the bags and hopefully find use for them as way of an apology. The call took less than a minute and the man very very polite and apologetic. I will be using them again in the future.
