Just fitted the cover as it has been the weather improved enough to get the caravan dry. Bit of a struggle at first with so much material piled up at the front of the van but once we started pulling it over the van everything went well. Very impressed that the arial and hot vent cover fittings are in the right place.

Update Missing items have been sent with an apology.
New tow cover ordered. Came damaged and missing parts. Didn’t reply to email and blamed someone leaving the office. Finally collected the damaged item. Emailed to state with quality control etx. Arrived back today. Damage has been repair but still missing items. This isn’t a cheap cover and I… shouldn’t have to keep chasing I even put a letter with what damage and what is missing in the return item and yet it’s failed to arrive as a complete item. If this is how they treat returning customers I dread to think how

I have received a cover and was procrastinating on mounting it on my caravan. I was very sceptical that the cover would fit. Today I have finally put the cover on with the help of my 11 year old kid. everything… fits like a glove. my cover was customized especially for my caravan. because I have added a couple of extras to my caravan. it all worked out very well.thank you

We bought a caravan tow cover last year after using only a few times we found that the stitching was coming away from the eleasticated side panel, I contacted Specialised and made them aware of the issue, they were very understanding and arranged for it collecting.
Once they received it they contacted us and explained that they had updated the design and offered to send us the new version, I agreed to this the new one arrived today and looks great, thanks to all at Specialised for the professional service would definitely recommend them and there product.

I collected my tow pro+ cover from Shipley after arranging this by phone ad was drlighed by the efficiency of the staff. The cover is so simple to fit it only takes 3 minutes. Absolutely delighted with this cover compared to the last 2 I have had due to there being only 1 strap instead of16. Excellent product, thank you.

Just wanted to say thanks Jodie and to all of the people involved in getting the replacement cover organised for our Elddis Xplore 304. Despite the Caravan dealership ordering the wrong cover you put it right and even delivered the cover a day earlier than planned. I fitted it in just over a minute. It fits perfectly and looks great and am sure it will protect our van for many years ahead. Credit where it's due the people at Specialised Covers delivered a First class service

Wanted to buy an outdoor cover. Called the office. Spoke with a girl called Danielle and got a quote. After calling back I spoke to quite a blunt lady who couldn’t help me and took a message. I also emailed a message to Danielle who never replied. No call or message returned. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Never had any damage to my caravan in the 10 years I’ve had it until I used one of these covers I followed all the advice prior to using it and it left marks on my van that cost me £425 to remove. The company wouldn’t accept liability but they sent out a new cover, don’t know why if they weren’t liable and gave me a disputed amount towards the cost… of marks removal, don’t know why if they weren’t liable, I would have left a decent review if the company had agreed to do what was wrote in the correspondence but it was the fact that they misinterpreted

After around 4 yrs of use (being removed twice for cleaning only, the product ripped along a seam. I could have purchased 4 out of the box option for the same cost!!! 1 per year. The out of the box versions although of a thinner material lasted for 3 years so I would suggest that the specialised cover option is a very false economy. Save your money and buy out of the box covers.

We bought a specialised cover and has had it a couple of seasons. Every time we touch it the colour and fuzz come off on our hand. My husband emailed them to be told there is nothing they can do as the can not control the weather and the cover is delaminating. Would never buy or recommend specialised cover again. A lot of money for a load of rubbish

The company were great to deal with. We visited their premises and were given a tour to see the covers being made which was informative and interesting. Also when the delivery date given was a time when we would be away in the van Specialised pulled out all the stops and delivered the week before. Well done and thank you.

Met the team at the caravan show at the Birmingham NEC in October. Great knowledgeable staff and was even given a demonstration of how to put the towing cover on. Ordered at the show and here in my house in about 1 month! Great quality very professionally packed and sent via courier. A real pleasure doing business with a company that kept me fully updated with the progress of my cover at all stages right up to the delivery day. Can't recommend them highly enough not only for their amazing customer service but a top quality product too.
