Totally unprofessional attitude and adopt a Hard Sell approach in their dealings with customers. They should make it clear that they never visit properties to provide a quote but rely on customers sending them photographs of the properties and making their assessment from these photographs. I was pressurised into being asked to pay50% upfront to ensure that they would prioritise the work and then when I didnt require CCTV for one property due to a bereavement I was told not to bother sending photographs for the other property that was part of our initial discussions. Kevin is a true life saver. I had to replace the lock in my shop as an emergency. Called first to get a rough quote. Very polite and straight to the point guy. I'm useless in describing what lock I had fitted on a door but his questions didn't made. Me feel like a complete idiot and got him the information he needed. Quote was bang on. He did the job in no time and even cut spare keys for me. I don't think I could ask for anymore. Invoicing is all electronic so makes it all even easier. From the moment Kevin and his colleague arrived at my home, they didn't stop working until the job was complete. Their workmanship was excellent, they tidied up after themselves and the CCTV system that I purchased represented great value for money as I'd had quotes which were considerably more expensive from other providers for the same kit. Kevin also took a great deal of time explaining and showing me how the system worked, how to use the hard drive etc and also installed an app on my iPhone so
