Services
The origin of the Cardboard Box Company dates back to the mid-1970s when Chapman Industries formed Chapman Cartons to make and supply cardboard boxes to its five envelope manufacturing sites across the UK. At that time, Chapman Envelopes were the largest envelope manufacturer in the UK. The new business, with its ready-made customer base, became quickly established.
We design, print and manufacture corrugated board into just about every conceivable application. Whether it's an industrial or retail packaging design, a promotional (POS) display or another innovative project, we are here to help. We can design a package that fits perfectly around your product and always make sure that, when your product arrives at the end of its journey, the packaging provides a high-level of protection and looks outstanding.

- A workplace where equal opportunities doesn't exist. I saw agency people working there for months without a contract and then suddenly few others that worked for a day or two with contracts. Supervisor family members.
- A workplace that will push you to do Saturdays (That are being paid LESS than a weekdays) that are not mandatory by a contract of employment. If you don't comply, you're classed as a "bad" worker.
- A company that is happily disciplining non complying ones.
If you work hard better than the ones that don't ask questions and do comply, you're still classed as a "bad" worker.

Agreed with Wioletta. Worked there via recruitment agency for couple of weeks and indeed, there were people brought in full time. When I asked others they weren't surprised. They said same thing. Supervisor's family.
Live watching CCTV confirmed, I remember our machine team leader receiving phone calls from the management with questions why are they doing this and that. Obviously watching live working employees which is not right.
