Reliable and hardworking but after looking closely, very poor quality workmanship on the woodwork. Sanding of wood was done to an absolute minimum, as was the glossing (very sparse). Also, the gloss overlapped the emulsion in lots of places, whereas I expected clean lines. Really disappointing as it was a very expensive job; chosen because we wanted a good standard of work. I feel the job was very rushed and therefore the amount paid was for a much shorter number of days than was quoted for. We also felt we weren't trusted to pay as this had to be done in his presence. Paul has done a couple of jobs for us over the last couple of years and has been brilliant, would highly recommend! From indoor decorating/wallpapering through to the entire exterior of the house. Paul is always prompt at responding, arrives when he says he will, is very personable and helpful, and generally offers a great service all round. I couldn’t fault anything in his workmanship or general approach and he has very fair pricing. 5 star tradesman.

Paul responded quickly to our call and was able to fit 2 days work in around his busy schedule. It was interrupted by the need to get a plasterer in to skim a difficult ceiling . He’d managed to remove wood chip over a large area ! He came back to paint a week later and his work is first class. He even advised us on how to do other minor works.
