This Triumph motorcycle dealer provided a first class service on a recent visit with an ailing motorbike. The service representative, Craig handled the bike’s issue in an extremely generous and capable manner despite there being no prior appointment. He offered immediate and personal attention which was much appreciated. The interior bike displays were interesting with an upstairs area having a variety of accessories and bike clothing. Outside in a food and drink kiosk, Laura added to a pleasant visit to this dealership. As ever, it’s people who make or break an experience and in this case

Well located motorcycle shop with a good selection of new suzuki and triumph motorcycles along with various makes of uses bikes in excellent condition at a fair price.
The staff here are very friendly and understanding when it comes to choosing a bike or gear. Chris was happy to quote me for more than one bike along with giving me time to head off to call my insurance to see what they could offer me. He did try to upsell another bike than what I choose but not in a pushy way. He was understanding that not everyone can afford the top end bikes and that some people might happen to spot a bike that

Have been around Bike shops for over forty years and well aware times have changed, although the old shops were far better in my opinion. This is a modern showroom with good looking bikes and clothing. Purchasing some clothing the Sales Guy gave me a discount straight away before I had time to ask, due to money I had spent and to be fair was a good discount. However I have to agree with some other reviews in the fact that staff are very distant. Trying to start up any conversation with staff just falls flat, not what Bike shops are normally like. Craig at KC has been a Facebook friend for a while as we have a shared love of bikes. Last year we were up on tour and had tyre issues, so I messaged him. He couldn’t have been more helpful in ordering in replacements and getting us back on the road. Now fast forward to yesterday and the same rider/bike has an unrepairable puncture late in the day.… Craig again goes out of his way to leave his home and meet the recovery truck late in the evening. I have messaged this already, but thank you again for all your help Craig. A real gent and a great ambassador for KC Superbikes.

My husband contacted KC Superbikes this morning and spoke to Robin regarding a new Triumph Trident which they had in stock. Within 3 hours the deposit was paid, finance sorted, the bike registered and loaded into a van to be delivered to me, 120 miles away in Scotland, this afternoon. This service is absolutely amazing and far outstrips anything I've experienced so far and I cannot praise Robin and his colleagues enough. Big smiles. Extremely recommended company.

After having motorcycles for over 20 years this had to be the most uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had in any motorcycle establishment. Staff are so miserable and unapproachable with a severe lack of general people skills. Went in as a cash buyer and trying to engage in any conversation was virtually impossible (I’m assuming as it was half hour before closing they were more interested in getting home)!!! These people are so uninterested. Never experienced anything like this before. The one star rating is generous 😕
