Orders placed before 5pm Monday to Friday for UK delivery are guaranteed to arrive on the next working day.* Delivery of your Robert Welch parcel is usually made within 2-4 working days on orders placed before 5pm Monday - Friday. Our next day delivery service is 6.95 for UK addresses (mainland only - exclusions apply).

Each gift is beautifully wrapped in brown paper and tied with a silver ribbon, so it's suitable for all occasions. Please note that you will need to do this for each item in your basket that needs gift wrapping, and the cost is per item.

Beautiful shop and friendly helpful staff. The cutlery is nicely weighted and well made. I'm giving it 4 stars because I was quite surprised to see that the boxes of cutlery were more expensive in the store than being sold online at full price by retailers like John Lewis and Harts of Stur, let alone other retails who have them in the sale. I don't understand why you would pay more for the exact same item direct from the manufacturer.
