A property valuation is an assessment of your property's value based on the location, condition and various other factors. All our property valuations are conducted by a professional, RICS Registered Valuer. This means we follow a strict set of guidelines, best practices, ethics and professional standards set out in the RICS Valuation Standards - referred to as the 'Red Book'.
