Avoid using Marty. To summarise, he is unprofessional and because of lack of duediligance he lost us our mortgage. I am not an advisor so I expected him to know what he is doing. He told us we would not get a mortgage anywhere else. I found one within a week using another company. It was approved within a few days. Sorry to say, will not be using again

At first, I wasn't confident because I had a few rejections about the mortgage application; but the dream came true with their help, Silvan and Jude. They did their best to make things work perfectly, and for that, I thank them.
Silvan and Jude are very receptive, answer immediately and are willing to help and answer any question or problem. They also have pervasive experience and the whole process very quickly. The entire process is online by email, making it more accessible, and their advice was beneficial.

Thanks to the help of Marty and Ellie we were able to get a mortgage to buy our first property. They went above and beyond for us just when we thought it wouldn't be possible. I cannot thank Ryan gruzinski and Ellie Freeman enough for finding a great mortgage at a great rate. Their fees are also really fair and they only charge you a minimal fee at application stage rather than the whole amount.
